Pc Health Advisor Review
by John AllenParetologic's PC Health Advisor is a new all-in-one computer diagnostic and repair tool. It is designed to keep your PC or laptop running smoothly by doing everything from cleaning up unnecessary files, to repairing registry issues and removing malware. For your convenience, we have tested it and detailed our findings in this PC Health Advisor review.
This type of program initially became popular with computer repair technicians and now ParetoLogic has decided to create a consumer version of the program to allow regular individuals to fix a wide range of computer problems themselves.
Note: See below, where I provide a more in-depth review of my test...
PC Health Advisor's Strengths
- One important element that sets PC Health Advisor apart from its competition is that Paretologic, the company that makes it, is actually Certified by Microsoft to provide repair and optimization tools. This means that software products like the one featured in this PC Health Advisor review must meet certain quality and effectiveness standards.
- Furthermore, PC Health Advisor features a wide range of powerful utilities all packaged together and accessed through a clean and easy-to-use interface. The software’s main strength however is its one-click full system scan which uncovers errors and inefficiencies in several different areas including the Windows registry, the computer’s memory, malware, files and more. The issues are then easily fixed with the click of a button, as the software goes to work tuning up your system.
- Additionally, PC Health Advisor has the ability to be set to scan and repair your PC automatically on a regular basis just like your anti-virus in order to ensure it is always running in properly and speedily.
PC Health Advisor's Weaknesses
- The only real weakness worth mentioning is that it doesn’t include a built-in anti-virus feature. But since most people already have one anyway, it really isn’t much of an issue. It essentially covers everything else that an anti-virus doesn’t in order to keep your computer safe, fast and working properly. (More on strengths and weaknesses below)

So does PC Health Advisor work?
My Test Results with PC Health Advisor...I ran the full computer scan and repair and I found that PC Health Advisor did an overall very good job addressing all the major problem areas including the Windows registry, defragmenting the hard drive, optimizing the computer's memory and removing junk files.
Additionally, I used the built-in startup manager function to disable many of the unnecessary programs that were set to run automatically when the computer boots up, draining the system's resources.
Additionally, I used the built-in startup manager function to disable many of the unnecessary programs that were set to run automatically when the computer boots up, draining the system's resources.
The net results was a significant decrease in the time it takes my test PC to boot up, not to mention it feels quicker and seems to load most programs noticeably faster.
Since the full system repair I ran for this PC Health Advisor review, I have yet to notice any errors or blue screen crashes which were relatively frequent before.
Overall I was very impressed with the results and I will likely continue to use PC Health Advisor regularly to keep my computer running smoothly.
The only real downside I noticed is that the first time you run the program there may be a significant number of errors and other issues to deal with so it may take a little longer than subsequent scans. In total it took me about 45 minutes to run every feature and do the complete clean up detailed in this review.
But I'd say it was well worth it, considering the alternative was unplugging my computer and making the 30-40 minute round trip to the repair shop to drop it off and leave it overnight only to have to do it all over again tomorrow to go pick it up again... after paying about 75 bucks for the cleaning!
Considering that, for a measly $30 I pretty much made my computer run like it did when I first bought it, without even having to set foot outside my house or pay a computer technician way more money to run basically the same program; I’d say it’s a bargain. Not to mention the lifetime use and free updates PC Health Advisor offers...
I could talk all day about my experience with PC Health Advisor, but the only way to know for sure is to try it for yourself and see if it can get the lead out of your PC so you can stop pulling your hair out. Download it for Free below and run the free scan...
